Terms & Conditions

PostMaster Pro is a real estate sign post installation service operated as a Sole Proprietorship based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking form, agent portal, and SMS services (collectively, "Services").

By placing an order or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

PostMaster Pro provides the following services to real estate agents and homeowners:

• Installation of premium vinyl PVC sign posts (single and double post configurations).
• Solar light add-on installation for after-hours listing visibility.
• Scheduled post removal upon listing sale, expiry, or client request.

Orders may be submitted through our website booking form or the agent portal. Installation is subject to availability and scheduled within a mutually agreed timeframe. We will confirm your installation window within 24 hours of booking.

All PVC posts, brackets, crossbars, and panels supplied by PostMaster Pro remain the sole property of PostMaster Pro at all times. Equipment is provided to clients on a rental basis only. Clients do not acquire any ownership interest, title, or proprietary rights in the posts or related hardware.

Clients must permit retrieval of all PostMaster Pro equipment upon order completion, listing removal, or cancellation. Unauthorized alteration, removal by a third party, or loss of equipment may result in replacement charges.

Agents and homeowners are responsible for identifying and marking the locations of all underground private utilities prior to installation, including but not limited to: underground sprinkler and irrigation lines, low-voltage landscape wiring, invisible pet fence cables, private gas lines, and any other private underground infrastructure.

PostMaster Pro is not liable for damage to any unmarked private utilities or subsurface infrastructure. By booking an installation, you confirm that all known private underground utilities at the property have been identified and, where applicable, appropriately marked.

Public utility locates are obtained through Ontario One Call where required by applicable law. PostMaster Pro accepts no responsibility for private utilities that fall outside the scope of public locate services.

By providing your phone number when placing an order, you agree to the following SMS terms:

• By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications regarding your installation orders (e.g., Proof of Install, order confirmations, and removal reminders).
• Message frequency varies per order.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

SMS notifications are strictly operational in nature and are limited to updates about your active orders. For our full mobile messaging privacy commitments, see our Privacy Policy.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before crew dispatch by replying CANCELto the order SMS notification thread. This triggers the app's automated cancellation workflow and you will receive a confirmation reply.

Cancellations requested after crew dispatch has been confirmed may incur a partial call-out fee to cover mobilization costs. We will notify you of any applicable charge before processing it.

PostMaster Pro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an order due to severe weather, unsafe site conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered the next available slot at no additional cost.

Services are invoiced on a per-order basis. Payment is due upon order completion unless a separate written arrangement is on file. We reserve the right to withhold future bookings for accounts with outstanding balances.

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. PostMaster Pro reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

PostMaster Pro's services are provided "as-is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall PostMaster Pro's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits or business opportunities.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
