PostMaster Pro is a real estate sign post installation service based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking form, agent portal, and SMS services (collectively, "Services").

By placing an order or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

PostMaster Pro provides the following services to real estate agents and homeowners:

• Installation of premium vinyl PVC sign posts (single and double post configurations).
• Solar light add-on installation for after-hours listing visibility.
• Scheduled post removal upon listing sale, expiry, or client request.

Orders may be submitted through our website booking form or the agent portal. Installation is subject to availability and scheduled within a mutually agreed timeframe. We will confirm your installation window within 24 hours of booking.

All PVC posts, brackets, crossbars, and panels supplied by PostMaster Pro remain the sole property of PostMaster Pro at all times. Equipment is provided to clients on a rental basis only. Clients do not acquire any ownership interest, title, or proprietary rights in the posts or related hardware.

Clients must permit retrieval of all PostMaster Pro equipment upon order completion, listing removal, or cancellation. Unauthorized alteration, removal by a third party, or loss of equipment may result in replacement charges.

PostMaster Pro hardware may be tagged with NFC identifiers used solely for internal asset tracking. These tags do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

When an agent elects to retain their sign and/or rider at the PostMaster Pro warehouse between orders (via the "Keep Sign" or "Keep Rider" opt-in in the agent portal), the following terms apply:

• Storage is provided as a free operational courtesy to streamline future installations. It does not constitute a paid bailment, storage contract, or custodial arrangement under any applicable law.
• The agent retains full ownership of the stored material at all times. PostMaster Pro acquires no proprietary interest, lien, or security interest in agent-owned signs or riders.
• PostMaster Pro will handle stored materials with reasonable operational care. However, PostMaster Pro accepts no liability whatsoever for loss, theft, fire, flood, water damage, pest infestation, accidental damage, vandalism, or ordinary wear and tear occurring while the material is in our possession or in transit between sites.
• PostMaster Pro does not carry insurance covering stored agent-owned materials. Agents are solely responsible for insuring and replacing their own signs and riders.
• Materials that remain unclaimed and unused for 12 consecutive months may be discarded or recycled. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the agent at the email address on file before disposal.

By selecting the "Keep Sign" or "Keep Rider" opt-in, you acknowledge and accept that your materials are stored entirely at your own risk and that PostMaster Pro shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to agent-owned property.

All PostMaster Pro equipment — including but not limited to vinyl PVC posts, crossbars, panels, brackets, solar lights, and NFC-tagged assets — remains the property of PostMaster Pro as described under Sign Ownership & Rental. The booking agent is financially responsible if PostMaster Pro equipment is:

• Damaged or defaced beyond reasonable wear and tear during the rental period.
• Lost, stolen, or removed by an unauthorized third party while on site.
• Not made reasonably accessible for retrieval upon order completion or cancellation.
• Returned in a condition that requires repair or replacement.

Replacement and repair charges are billed according to PostMaster Pro's then-current replacement schedule. A copy of the schedule is available upon request at privacy@postmasterpro.ca. Reasonable wear and tear is excepted.

Any applicable replacement or repair charge will be invoiced to the agent and charged to the payment method on file. A billing record will be visible in your agent portal. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date.

Installation and takedown photos, along with NFC asset codes recorded at the time of service, serve as our primary evidence of equipment condition and chain of custody and may be relied upon in any dispute.

PostMaster Pro operates an agent loyalty program under which every tenth paid standard installation is provided at no charge (a recurring cycle of 9 paid installs followed by 1 free install). The free install is applied automatically at checkout when the eligible order is placed through the agent portal — no coupon code is required.

• Loyalty credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Free installs apply only to standard single-post or double-post installations and do not include the solar light add-on, mileage surcharges, or Print Studio products.
• Qualifying paid installs are counted per agent account and are not shared across accounts.
• PostMaster Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty program at any time with reasonable advance notice to enrolled agents.

PostMaster Pro offers custom-printed sign and rider packages through the Print Studio section of our website. The following terms apply to Print Studio orders:

• Print Studio orders are quoted and invoiced separately from per-installation bookings.
• Custom-printed materials are not eligible for the loyalty program free-install credit.
• Order confirmations and fulfillment timelines are communicated by email. Production timelines may vary.
• Custom-printed materials are non-refundable once production has begun.

• Agent's Representation and Warranty: By placing an order for installation, the Agent represents and warrants that the specific location designated for the post has been fully cleared of all underground hazards. The Agent guarantees that the site is legally prepared for ground penetration (up to 24 inches) in compliance with all applicable regulations, including the Ontario Underground Infrastructure Notification System Act.
• Private Infrastructure: The Agent further warrants that the installation location is free from unmarked private infrastructure, including but not limited to: sprinkler systems, irrigation lines, invisible pet fences, heated driveways, private gas lines, or landscape lighting wire.
• Indemnification: PostMaster Pro relies entirely on the Agent's warranty that the site is safe, clear, and ready for immediate service. By booking this service, the Agent assumes all liability and agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold PostMaster Pro (and its contractors) harmless against any claims, damages, utility repair costs, homeowner disputes, or regulatory fines resulting from strikes to unmarked or improperly marked public utilities or private infrastructure.
• Right of Refusal & Relocation: While PostMaster Pro will make every effort to install the post in the Agent's preferred location, our drivers utilize manual probing safety protocols. PostMaster Pro reserves the absolute right to slightly relocate the post, or refuse installation entirely, if the driver identifies physical obstructions, unsafe ground conditions, or visible safety hazards upon arrival.

By providing your phone number when placing an order, you agree to the following SMS terms:

• By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications regarding your installation orders (e.g., Proof of Install, order confirmations, and removal reminders).
• Message frequency varies per order.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

SMS notifications are strictly operational in nature and are limited to updates about your active orders. For our full mobile messaging privacy commitments, see our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation requests may be submitted at any time before crew dispatch by contacting PostMaster Pro via email, SMS reply, or through the agent portal.

• Before crew dispatch: The order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Loyalty redemptions (free installs) are reversed — your qualifying-install counter returns to its pre-redemption state.
• After crew dispatch: A partial call-out fee may apply to cover mobilization costs. We will notify you of any applicable charge before processing it.
• Cancellations initiated by PostMaster Pro (e.g., severe weather, unsafe site conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control): you will be notified promptly and offered the next available slot at no additional cost. A full refund will be issued if you prefer not to reschedule.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Current per-installation pricing is:

• Single Post: $70.00
• Double Post: $100.00
• Solar Light Add-On: $25.00 (per order)
• Mileage Surcharge: $0.70 per km for one-way distance exceeding 20 km from our Toronto warehouse, calculated automatically at checkout.

HST (Ontario, 13%) is added to all taxable amounts at checkout. PostMaster Pro reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Payment is captured upfront at the time of booking through our payment processor at checkout. Your card is charged in full before the installation is scheduled. Loyalty free installs are processed at $0.00 with no charge to your payment method.

A tax receipt is automatically sent to the email address on file after each successful payment. We store a payment customer reference against your agent profile to enable one-click payment on future bookings — no raw card numbers are held by PostMaster Pro at any time.

Outstanding balances (including equipment damage or replacement charges) may result in temporary suspension of the ability to place new bookings until the balance is resolved.

PostMaster Pro's services are provided "as-is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall PostMaster Pro's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PostMaster Pro and its owner, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of our Services or any order placed through our platform.
• Your breach of these Terms or any representation made by you.
• Any claim by a homeowner, tenant, or third party arising from your instructions to PostMaster Pro regarding property access, utility locations, or installation specifications.
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

This indemnification obligation survives termination or expiration of any order or your use of our Services.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PostMaster Pro with respect to our Services and supersede all prior written or oral agreements between the parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by PostMaster Pro in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms will operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. A waiver of any particular breach or default does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default of the same or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
